Indigenous Pottery: Piscataway & Susquehannock

Join a naturalist at the Soldiers Delight visitor center to learn about the history of the Indigenous peoples of Maryland. A discussion of the historic and surviving cultures of the Piscataway and Susquehannock peoples will be followed by creating your own pottery pieces inspired by traditional indigenous techniques. Appropriate for all ages. $10 per participant. Limited to 15 participants. Signup required. This program will be held rain or shine.
