Full Moon Hike

There is magic in the air as the full moon shines upon our trail. Join naturalists at Soldiers Delight on a hike by the light of the Buck Moon, on the moderately challenging 2.5-mile Serpentine Trail over variable terrain. There will be a few sections of maneuvering over, under, or around downed trees from the July 4th storm. Experience the dark beauty of this natural environment while learning about nighttime ecosystems. Please note we will be hiking in near darkness, and flashlights will be off. Wear sturdy hiking boots for uneven, rocky terrain and moderate elevation changes. Hike will be cancelled in event of rain. Limited to 15 participants. Sign up required.
