Wildflower Walk

Soldiers Delight Natural Environment Area was proclaimed the Best Natural Oddity by Maryland magazine in 2017. Discover how this unique habitat earned that designation and see what is blooming across the serpentine ecosystem during a 2.5-mile hike led by a staff naturalist. Bring a water bottle and dress for hiking. Dogs on leashes are welcome. Don’t forget to ask us about Bark Rangers! Appropriate for ages 5 and up. This is a Healthy Parks, Healthy People program.
